Remote Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO):

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for assisting clients in obtaining mortgage loans and providing exceptional customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will include evaluating loan applications, conducting underwriting assessments, and guiding clients through the mortgage lending process. You will work closely with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful mortgage transactions.

Loan Officer Assistant (LOA):

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant. As an LOA, you will be responsible for assisting mortgage loan officers and providing exceptional customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will include calling leads and potential clients to set appointments and answer general questions that result in applications, You will work closely with MLO's, clients, processors, and other team members to ensure smooth and successful mortgage transactions.

A toll-free consumer hotline is available at 1-877-276-5550. The department maintains a recovery fund to make payments of certain actual out of pocket damages sustained by borrowers caused by acts of licensed mortgage banker residential mortgage loan originators. A written application for reimbursement from the recovery fund must be filed with and investigated by the department prior to the payment of a claim.
